Position Overview
Cultivation Technicians assist with the day-to-day care and maintenance of cannabis plants and cultivation environments while supporting operational and compliance standards throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
• Assist with daily plant care and cultivation activities
• Watering, pruning, transplanting, trellising, and facility sanitation
• Maintain clean and organized cultivation rooms
• Follow strict compliance procedures and SOP guidelines
• Support cultivation leadership with day-to-day operational tasks
• Assist with facility cleanliness and environmental upkeep
• Work collaboratively with the cultivation team to ensure production goals are met
Qualifications
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
• Cannabis industry experience highly considered
• Must be comfortable working in a regulated environment
