Position Overview

We’re seeking a PAS Support Services Coordinator to support both in‑home client orientations and office administrative operations. This role blends fieldwork, customer service, technology use, and healthcare administration. You’ll also assist with billing finalization and compliance tasks.

This position requires the applicant to be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or have completed two years of full-time study at an accredited college or university, or have a high school diploma or GED and substitute one year of full-time employment in a supervisory capacity in a health care facility, agency, or community-based agency for each required year of college. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in‑home client orientations, supervisory visits, and assist with onboarding

  • Provide field support to clients and caregivers

  • Complete administrative tasks: scheduling, documentation, compliance tracking

  • Assist with billing finalization and review

  • Use digital tools, apps, and cloud‑based systems for workflow

  • Maintain accurate records per Texas HCSSA standards

Qualifications

  • 1+ year supervisory experience in a healthcare setting (TAC Title 26 requirement)

  • Strong technology skills (apps, digital forms, cloud systems)

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Reliable transportation for in‑home visits

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and detail‑oriented

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
