Parts Specialist – HVAC/R & Food Equipment
$50,000-$70,000 base salary + commission
Our client, a growing service provider in commercial refrigeration and food equipment, is seeking a Parts Specialist to join their team in Norwood, MA. Research, quote, and order replacement parts to support refrigeration and food service equipment.
Analyze schematics and diagrams to identify necessary components.
Work closely with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability.
Liaise with vendors and manufacturers to source the correct parts efficiently.
Create written proposals and maintain follow-up communication with customers.
Proven experience sourcing parts in commercial refrigeration, food equipment, or a related trade (HVAC/R, kitchen equipment, etc.).
Strong research and diagnostic skills, with the ability to navigate complex schematics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail in quoting and managing parts orders.
A collaborative, team-first mindset with a proactive attitude.
Please note: Candidates with an automotive parts background will not be considered for this position.
