Responsibilities & Requirements of the Auto Parts Specialist:
- Update files, part statuses, invoices, and returns
- Receive and verify incoming parts for accuracy and damage.
- Order additional parts/supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Process returns and credits
- Track parts through the repair process and communicate updates to the team.
- Support production by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time.
- Maintain clean and organized environment
HERE ARE OUR NON-NEGOTIABLES:
- Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00pm
- Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
- Motivated pace
- Attention to detail / Quick learner / Positive can do attitude
- You must have a valid driver's license
