We’re hiring a Parts Specialist to join our Jefferson City Parts and Service team, supporting technicians, customers, and service advisors with accuracy, professionalism, and pride.
Assist technicians and customers in locating, ordering, and purchasing parts
Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately
Maintain detailed inventory knowledge and ensure parts availability
Communicate clearly with advisors, techs, and vendors
Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
Automotive parts experience (CDJR experience a plus)
Dependable, organized, and customer-focused
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Basic computer knowledge
Team-player mentality with pride in precision
