Parts Specialist

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Parts Specialist for an opening in Fond du Lac!

This is a permanent Parts Specialist opening with room for growth! We are looking for someone with parts experience within the heavy-duty equipment industry but open to automotive or similar as well. The Parts Specialist will be talking with customers, entering orders, picking parts off the shelf, and working with outside vendors. In addition, this position requires an understanding of the sales order/invoicing process and computer experience. This is a full-time, contract to hire position and the company is open to a direct hire only candidate. Hours are flexible but standard hours are usually 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Wages for the Parts Specialist role are based on experience ranging from $18-25/hour.

-High School diploma or GED. -At least three years of experience within the heavy-duty truck industry or a minimum of five years within a similar industry. -Prior parts or service experience. -Understanding of the sales order/invoicing process. -Proficient with computers, specifically Microsoft Office programs. -Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
