Parts & Service Advisor Weingartz - Utica, MI What You'll Be Doing - Help customers find the correct parts for lawn mowers, tractors, chainsaws, snow blowers, and other outdoor power equipment.
- Schedule service appointments and communicate repair timelines with customers.
- Create and manage repair orders, parts orders, and warranty documentation.
- Answer customer questions in person, over the phone, by email, and through text.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure parts are available for scheduled repairs.
- Recommend replacement parts and maintenance items that keep customers’ equipment running.
- Assist with inventory organization, receiving shipments, and maintaining an accurate parts department.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.
What We'll Need from You - Previous experience in a parts department, service department, automotive, powersports, agricultural equipment, heavy equipment, or outdoor power equipment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify equipment parts using diagrams, manufacturer websites, and parts catalogs.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with standard desktop software; proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple customers and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate commitment to customer first behavior and team collaboration
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and follow written and verbal instructions.
Pay Range - $17 - $22/hr - depending on experience

- Open Retail Hours:
- Monday (8:00am - 7:00pm)
- Tuesday - Friday (8:00am - 6:00pm)
- Saturday (9:00am - 3:00pm)
