As a retail parts representative, you are one of the most critical members of our team. You help to grow our business and our presence in the community. This is accomplished by being knowledgeable about our products and services, having the experience to deliver excellent customer satisfaction, and being dependable in a manner which supports our team and our customers. As our team strives to deliver on our vision of "building lasting relationships", the wholesale parts representative is the cornerstone of that promise. They are the first point of contact for our installer partners in our community and are an integral part of helping provide mobility for our fleet and commercial customers. In order to provide first-in-class service to our community, we expect a candidate to have some advanced education. We prefer two-five years of automotive knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual preferred), strong computer skills, a positive attitude, a confident and outgoing personality, a clean DMV record, a professional appearance, and the ability to deliver world-class customer service. Assisting with walk-in customers and wholesale customer base.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and experience with Ford automotive parts and accessories. Candidates must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong customer service and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Locates accessories or parts for staff
  • Positively communicates with internal and external customers to fill their parts needs
  • Monitors parts inventory and maintains storage area in good condition
  • Uses all computer systems and resources available to locate parts
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, and promotions inclduing Ford training
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least two years of parts experience required
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Highly professional and dependable
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Must have a clean DMV record
