We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Parts Record Technician in Morton.

Job Summary

Inbound Support for Service Parts. Supporting Global Facilities while checking stores and tracking incoming and outgoing inventory. You will label shipments and handle communications with Suppliers.

What You Will Do:

• Work with suppliers to ensure accurate shipping records for the Global Aftermarket Parts Network.
• Resolve inbound material accuracy discrepancies
• Ensure inventory accuracy at Service Part facilities through support of ASN (Advance Ship Notice) communication
• Work with Suppliers on accurate SP20 Shipping Labels
• Utilize internal Supply chain tools to support material flow
• Coordinate with Internal Supply Chain Partners to support Supply Chain Velocity
• Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.

Summary Pay Range:

$21.90 - $32.90

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
