Job Summary/Overview
The primary focus of this position will be picking and replenishing orders for assembly lines and picking/packaging order for replacement part orders for Dorner's MMC and Parts Picking cells.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday
7:30am - 4:00pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Utilize ERP system to track part availability and timing of orders.
- Communicate with planners and department leads regarding part shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory in automated retrieval system.
- Locating and picking parts from various locations including bins and part storage systems.
- Packaging parts of various sizes for intended parts shipments.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, and perform 5S tasks as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Basic computer, measurement, and math skills.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Self-directed with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once.
- Ability to be flexible and adjust priories to reflect changing needs or job demands.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift/lower/push/pull up to 40 lbs. safely.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
Compensation
$19-$20/hour+ depending on experience.
Additional $0.50/hour split shift premium.
