Outside Sales Representative / Customer Care (OSR/CC) 
Richmond Ford Wholesale Parts Department 

Richmond Ford Wholesale Parts Department is a national powerhouse in Ford wholesale parts. We are the largest Ford wholesale parts dealer in Virginia and the 16th largest Ford wholesale parts dealer in the United States. Our scale, reputation, and customer-focused approach have made us one of the most successful wholesale parts operations in the country. 

We are currently seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative / Customer Care (OSR/CC) professional to join our team and manage our Western Virginia territory.

Territory Coverage 

  • Lynchburg  

  • Charlottesville

  • Culpeper  

  • Warrenton  

  • Portions of the Shenandoah Valley  

  • Parts of West Virginia  

Position Overview 

  • Develop new wholesale parts accounts  

  • Grow relationships with existing customers  

  • Educate customers on Ford programs, incentives, and opportunities  

  • Deliver exceptional service and support  

  • Work closely with our parts sales, dispatch, and delivery teams to ensure a best-in-class customer experience  

  • Training & Travel 

  • Two weeks of initial training in Richmond, Virginia  

  • Ongoing guidance from our Lead Outside Sales Representative  

  • Occasional travel to other territories for sales blitzes and training  

Schedule & Equipment 

  • Full-time position  

  • Four-day work week after training  

  • Company vehicle and laptop provided  

Qualifications 

  • Automotive industry experience is a plus  

  • Sales and/or customer service experience preferred  

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills  

  • Self-motivated and organized
