Job Title: Parts Order Picker
Location: Holdrege, NE
Pay: $17.50/hour (increase upon hire-on)
Shift: 1st Shift Monday through Thursday, 6: 00 AM 4: 45 PM
Overtime: Fridays as needed
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Position Overview
We are hiring reliable and detail-oriented Parts Order Pickers to support warehouse and parts department operations. This role involves picking and preparing orders, managing inventory and ensuring accurate shipments in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pick and pull orders accurately based on work orders and invoices
Scan and prepare orders for shipment
Put away incoming inventory and organize stock
Move and stack materials on pallets
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts and scanning equipment
Enter and update data in computer systems
Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
Warehouse or order picking experience preferred
Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
Ability to read labels, numbers and invoices accurately
Basic computer skills required
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ pounds throughout the shift
Frequent walking, bending, and lifting
Repeated climbing on and off forklifts and pallet jacks
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
Work Environment
Steel-toe boots required
Warehouse and parts department setting
