Job Summary:
The Parts Manager at Seidel Hyundai in Reading, Pennsylvania will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership's parts department. This individual contributor role requires a highly organized and customer-focused individual who can effectively manage inventory, order and supply parts, and provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This is a full-time salaried position in the auto industry with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Oversees and manages all aspects of the dealership's parts department
- Maintains accurate and organized parts inventory
- Monitors and analyzes parts sales and adjusts inventory levels accordingly
- Orders and supplies parts to meet dealership and customer needs
- Ensures timely delivery of parts to customers and service technicians
- Communicates with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure efficient operation of dealership
- Develops and implements procedures to improve department efficiency and effectiveness
- Provides training and supervision to other parts department employees
- Keeps up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment
- Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive parts department
- Knowledge of automotive parts and components
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Computer proficiency, including experience with inventory management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test
