Lead, optimize, and grow our parts department!
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to oversee our dealership's parts department in Petaluma. This role is ideal for a candidate who is organized, customer-focused, and driven to maximize department performance while delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.
Pay Range
The Parts Manager position compensation, with benchmark performance, expected range is from $96,000 to $120,000.00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire parts operation -inventory, ordering, and daily workflow
- Ensure technicians and customers have the right parts at the right time
- Drive profitability through smart inventory management and sales strategy
- Build strong relationships with vendors, service teams, and customers
- Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing parts team
- Analyze data, identify opportunities, and continuously improve results
- Deliver fast, accurate, and exceptional customer service every day
Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts management or supervisory experience required
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and inventory management processes
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Pay Defined: The Parts Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a Base monthly salary of $5859.00. The position may also pay a bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any fixed upper limit.
