Job Summary
The Parts Manageris responsible for leading the Parts Department over their Customer Service Center, setting and maintaining a budget, and standardizing inventory-control process methods through measurable action items.The Parts Manager will effectively educateparts team members on outcomes of inventory management, customer experience, and financial results and trends. The ideal candidate will proactively communicate with internal and external customers, ability to set and follow-through standards by prioritizing and organizing multiple levels of the business.

The ideal candidate for the Parts Manager role will have a High School degree or equivalent and a minimum of four years' experience in a parts / inventory management OR a minimum of two years' experience in parts / inventory management and some college with relevant business management curriculum. They will display efficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel. The Parts Manager communicates tointernal and external customers, which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.The ideal candidate will protect the organization's values by maintaining confidential information utilizing their ability to handle sensitive information.
