Your Mission

As a Parts Inventory Control Specialist, you'll keep our parts operation running at full throttle-protecting accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction from the back counter to the dock. This entry-level role exists to ensure parts inventory is controlled, claims are handled cleanly, and returns move smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing warranty parts returns, parts claims, and monthly factory returns
• Maintaining accurate inventory counts and supporting parts counter sales
• Verifying shipments against manifests/invoices, recording discrepancies, and preparing items for shipping
• Determining shipping methods/routes and tracking charges, weights, and space needs
• Handling materials movement and stocking supplies; other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• 1-3 months related experience/training (or equivalent)

A High-Energy Day

Your weekday rhythm is fast, focused, and hands-on. You start by checking what's coming in and what needs to go back out, then jump between the shipping area, storage locations, and the parts counter as priorities shift. Throughout the day you'll scan, count, weigh, and label-keeping records tight so every number matches what's on the shelf. When something looks off, you dig in, confirm details, and get it corrected quickly. By day's end, the space is organized, paperwork is squared away, and the next shipment is already lined up.
