Job Title: Parts Delivery Associate Location: Billings, Montana Company: I-State Truck Centers

I-State Truck Centers is seeking a Parts Deliver/Warehouse Associate for our Billings, Montana location. This position involves delivering and picking up for the Parts Department and providing support in the Warehouse Department during downtime.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

As a Parts Delivery Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting customer and technicians with their heavy-duty truck and or off-highway equipment/ parts needs. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying, and locating the correct parts, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining inventory levels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch service to our valued customers.

Position Duties:

Deliver parts to customers and pick up returns/cores Collect material and parts for the store as needed. Deliver parts to outside customers weekly Represent the Company in a professional manner to customers Assemble customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets/ shelving or transports orders to packing station or shipping department Provide parts support to our service center Shipping/Receiving incoming and outgoing freight Involvement in inventory control Maintain a clean and orderly workplace and vehicle Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Qualities:

Knowledge of shipping and receiving Solid verbal, written and phone communication skills Ability to operate a forklift Strong organizational skills Uphold standard work schedule

Requirements for Position:

Valid driver''s license, clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Previous computer experience, preferably using Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. Lifting requirements of up to 50 pounds
