Join Seacoast Distributors as a Customer Service / Parts Counter Associate and help our customers find the marine parts they need to keep their boats running.

Our Parts Counter Associates are often the first point of contact for customers visiting our branch or picking up orders. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity.
No marine industry experience is required - we will train the right candidate.
This role is similar to positions such as Customer Service Associate, Parts Associate, Counter Associate, or Parts Specialist.
Support walk-in customers and will-call pickups
Help customers identify and locate marine parts and products
Answer phone calls and assist with parts inquiries
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Enter customer orders accurately into the system
Prepare invoices, quotes, and billing documentation
Process returns and routine order adjustments
Track and maintain open orders
Build knowledge of marine products and parts over time
Assist during busy seasonal periods
Support warehouse and counter operations when needed
Help maintain an organized and efficient workspace
High school diploma or GED
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using computers and entering data accurately
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and team-oriented mindset
Counter service or parts environment experience
Retail, distribution, or warehouse experience
Mechanical, automotive, or marine product familiarity
Order entry or inventory experience
We are happy to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn.
Typical peak-season schedule:
Three weekdays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(Schedule may vary depending on seasonal business needs.)
