What You’ll Do
- Manage parts sales from start to finish
- Assist customers and technicians in finding the right parts
- Work with the Parts Manager on special orders and non-stock items
- Track and communicate parts status clearly and accurately
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
- Maintain organization and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all safety policies and industry regulations
What You Bring
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Clear communication skills in person and on the phone
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to stay sharp in a fast-moving environment
