Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join their team and support both their customer base and internal maintenance operations. This role is responsible for sourcing, organizing, and maintaining inventory of parts and components in a fast-paced equipment environment. The ideal candidate brings 2-3 years of parts experience, strong product knowledge, and the ability to stay organized under pressure.

Job Responsibilities -

- Source and procure parts and components to meet the needs of both customers and the internal -maintenance team.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly organized and accessible at all times.

- Leverage in-depth knowledge of relevant equipment and parts to quickly identify and fulfill requests.

- Coordinate with the maintenance team to anticipate parts needs and minimize downtime.

- Process parts orders, track shipments, and follow up on outstanding or backordered items.

- Assist customers with parts inquiries, providing accurate information and timely support.

- Utilize EPS software to manage parts records, lookups, and inventory tracking.

- Maintain a clean, organized parts area in accordance with facility and safety standards.

Job Requirements -

- 2-3 years of experience in a parts coordinator, parts specialist, or related role.

- Demonstrated proficiency with EPS software or comparable parts management systems.

- Strong working knowledge of relevant parts, components, and equipment.

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of parts and requests.

- Strong memory and attention to detail when identifying, sourcing, and tracking parts.

- Solid communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and assisting customers.

- Experience in a yard, shop, or similar industrial environment. (Preferred)

- Background working with heavy equipment or heavy equipment parts. (Preferred)
