Job Title: Parts Assistant
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Location: Costa Mesa, CA 92626
100% Onsite role
Local candidates (within 100 miles radius)
Working hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm PST

• Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Parts Assistant (Contract) to work in our warehouse.

• Warehouse activity relating to the receipt and shipment of finished goods from multiple warehouse locations.
• Organization of inventory, ensuring inventory is properly marked and labelled.
• Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure correct amount of stock is delivered against packing slips and part travellers.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures defined for warehouse activity.
• Counting and confirming inventory.
• Inventory transactions in ERP System
• Building loads with forklift, and pallet jack - Loading and wrapping stock on pallets
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Parts movement between internal work centers
• Maintenance of Engine Kit shortages after receipt of incoming goods from vendors and work centers internally.

• High School Diploma/GED and Valid Driver’s License.
• Forklift Certification will be required.
• Previous Warehouse Experience is required.
• Good customer service and people skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• General computer knowledge – data entry skills will be required.
• Organizational Skills & attention to detail is necessary.
• Capacity to perform job duties diligently.
• Self-motivated to complete daily tasks and procedures while ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the work environment.
• Process an understanding of appropriate inventory controls including rotation, counting and storage.
• Availability to work extended hours if required.

• Shipping experience, including handling international orders, is highly desired.
