Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create, execute, manage and monitor P&A Division’s sales and promotional programs for dealers and consumers to maximize profits through sales strategies
    • Managing updating and monitoring all existing seasonal stocking programs as well as the K-Loyalty Program
    • Develop, execute, implement and manage new additional wholesale and retail programs on an ongoing basis to increase dealer and consumer sales
    • In-store merchandising and promotional material
    • Packaging and branding
    • Dealer and retail based product training
  • Create, execute and manage all Parts & Accessories kitting projects including but not limited to:
    • Accessory packages, oil change kits and winch kits
    • Establish company margins and profits to achieve sales goals
    • Analyze sales history and provide sales forecast by part number / model
  • Create analytics to review program performance, provide reporting and provide suggestions for future enhancements
    • Build analytical data needed to measure program success
    • Compile and distribute financial and statistical information to report results to management
    • Conduct research and analyze competitive data
  • Serve as lead coordinator for P&A Division business development projects and programs including but not limited to:
    • Dealer merchandising and product training proposals
    • Continual product categories refresh & re-launch (products, branding, merchandising, sponsorships, etc.)
    • Data syndication of Parts & Accessories product attributes to affiliated web partners and dealers
    • Develop and manage Commercial/Fleet dealer drop-ship terms, conditions and web/intranet interfaces
    • Call center and sales force management software implementation
    • Communicate effectively as a liaison with internal and external customers/dealers/vendors regarding current and future initiatives and distribution details
  • Create new marketing opportunities for the Parts & Accessories division including but not limited to:
    • Interfacing with the Vehicle Sales and Marketing Groups
    • Establish P&A specific social and digital marketing initiatives to drive sales
    • Maximizing the P&A presence at key consumer and dealer events
  • Manage all P&A bulletins and program announcements (create, develop, route, proofread and post)
  • Additional projects as determined on an ongoing basis

 

Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a business related major required
  • 5+ years of experience in power sports, automotive, corporate sales and/or marketing preferred

Salary: $95,000 - $99,000
