About the Role
As a Partnerships Manager, you will build, manage, and grow strategic relationships that help drive revenue, strengthen Scorpion''s position in the home services industry, and create value for our partners and their customers.
You will work closely with the Director of Strategic Partnerships to identify, evaluate, and execute partnership opportunities with manufacturers, distributors, consultants, industry associations, and other organizations that serve home services businesses. You will represent the Scorpion brand, foster trusted relationships, and ensure partners have an exceptional experience throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Success in this role requires strong business acumen, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver measurable results. You will partner closely with Sales, Corporate Marketing, Account Management, Product, and Finance teams to execute partnership initiatives that support growth and strengthen partner engagement.

Who You Are And What You Bring
Education:
Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field-or equivalent practical experience.
Experience:
3+ years in B2B large account or partner management.
3+ years of experience in partnership development.
Experience managing referral, affiliate, channel, product, or strategic partnerships and driving measurable business outcomes.
Experience within the home services industry, preferred.
Skills:
Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage performance data and insights to inform partnership strategy and decision-making.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute business initiatives.
Track record of meeting or exceeding goals and business objectives.
Familiarity with CRM software and partnership management tools.
Experience creating and executing partnership marketing campaigns.
Understanding of legal considerations related to partnership agreements.

Work Location & Flexibility
