    ASRC Federal AFSS is seeking a Partnerships Analyst to support a NASA contract in Hampton, VA.

    Position Summary

    Support the future of aerospace collaboration as a Partnerships Analyst at Langley Research Center (LaRC), where you will play a pivotal role in managing high-impact agreements that support innovation in science and aerospace as well as secure the nations safety and security. Joining the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) team, you will have the unique opportunity to support the Strategic Partnerships Office (SPO) by developing advanced analytical techniques and data-driven solutions that directly influence NASA's mission success.     Essential Functions

    • Manage the full lifecycle of Reimbursable Space Act Agreements (SAA) for the Strategic Partnerships Office (SPO), ensuring all milestones and financial requirements are met.
    • Enter, maintain, and analyze cost and schedule data across multiple NASA-unique systems to provide authoritative recommendations for program management.
    • Develop and contribute to sophisticated Power BI dashboards to enhance Center-wide data visualization and business capture capabilities.
    • Perform evaluations of programmatic milestones, budgetary resource planning, and execution to support executive decision-making.
    • Collaborate effectively with management and technical specialists at Langley Research Center (LaRC), NASA Headquarters, and various industry partners.
    • Create comprehensive analytical reports, management charts, and monthly metrics to track the performance and statistics of active agreements.
    • Devise and implement new analytical techniques to increase process efficiency and effectiveness in meeting Center partnership commitments.
    • Collect and synthesize relevant financial and programmatic information from varied sources to provide integrated monthly reporting.
    • Support budget formulation and execution activities, responding to urgent requirements and ad hoc customer inquiries with precision.
    • Provide training materials and guidance to organizational personnel regarding program analysis tools and partnership processes.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, employing data to provide recommendations related to programs and projects.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
    • Professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to management and technical specialists.
    • Proven ability to establish and meet deadlines based on Government priority and respond to urgent, ad hoc inquiries.
    • Must meet government and citizenship or permanent residency requirements for access to NASA assets.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Recent experience and knowledge of NASA financial systems and processes including familiarity WIMS and PT.
    • Demonstrated experience with NASA-specific applications, including Partnership Agreement Maker (PAM), SAP Business Objects (BOBJ), and Agency Estimated Price Report (AEPR).
    • Certifications in Data Visualization (Power BI) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field and 7+ years of relevant experience or 10 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, partnership management, or program analytics in lieu of a degree, is required.

    Onsite & Travel

    The individual selected for this role must report to NASA Langley (Hampton, VA) at least 3 days per week; schedule may increase to full-time onsite. There are no travel requirements; opportunities for travel to attend face-to-face meetings may be offered.
