This is a highly visible role with end-to-end ownership of partnership reporting, performance analytics, sales intelligence, and commercial operations. You will manage the financial reporting and forecasting processes for the Partnerships organization, maintain the data and research infrastructure that supports the sales team, and oversee the content and collateral used to win and retain partners. Partnering closely with Leadership, Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Sales, and Partner Marketing, you will ensure accurate reporting, informed decision-making, operational discipline, and the analytical rigor needed to maximize partnership revenue and performance.

About the Role
Partnership Analytics & Operations Manager serves as the analytical and operational backbone of the Partnerships team, owning the reporting, forecasting, deal economics, sales intelligence, and content management processes that turn data into the insights that drive partnership growth and business decisions.
This is a highly visible role with end-to-end ownership of partnership reporting, performance analytics, sales intelligence, and commercial operations. You will manage revenue forecasting, partnership performance reporting, Salesforce data integrity, market and audience research, sales collateral, and operational processes that support the Partnerships team. Working across multiple stakeholders and functions, you will ensure leadership has the data, reporting, and insights needed to evaluate opportunities, optimize partner performance, and drive revenue growth.
