You ensure effective delivery of Partner Resources (HR) services to Starbucks partners across an aligned business unit, department, or region. As a PRO BP Senior, you will lead in this space. **As a partner resources (HR) business partner, senior you will:** **Be Resilient:** Navigate change and help others to do the same. Provide thoughtful consultation and make decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. **Act Courageously:** Proactively solicits and listens to partners' concerns and plays an active role in resolving problems and removing obstacles. Supports partners in obtaining information about benefits, compensation, training and other Partner Resources programs and services. **Teach & Coach Others:** Provide consultation and support to people leaders on Partner (employee) Relations issues, company policy, and applicable employment law. Facilitates partner learning and development content, succession planning, retention strategies, and career development. **Take Initiative:** Partner with other Partner Resources Centers of Excellence and cross functional teams to ensure clients' organizational needs are met. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
