As a partner program manager for partners, you will be
responsible for ensuring that your assigned partners are getting the most out
of the partner program. You’ll meet with partners regularly to answer
questions, solve problems and help deliver partner program
benefits. <\/span> <\/p>
What You’ll Do<\/span><\/b> <\/span> <\/p>
Meet with prospective
partners as directed by Adobe Business Development to explain and pitch
the partner program.<\/span> <\/li>
Onboard new partners
including teaching them about all benefits, getting them access to all
systems, understanding their business model & designing a go -to -market
framework.<\/span> <\/li>
Ensure your partners
are taking advantage of all the partner program benefits
available. <\/span> <\/li>
Provide introductions for
partners to the Adobe field on behalf of relevant joint opportunities and
customers.<\/span> <\/li>
Build partnership
collateral and manage distribution to Adobe field.<\/span> <\/li>
Report to management on
status and progress of all assigned partners. Gather and summarize partner
feedback.<\/span> <\/li>
Provide a regular stat
sheet to partners reporting on relevant metrics<\/span> <\/li>
Resolve partner concerns
and escalations.<\/span> <\/li>
Engage with the broader
Adobe partner ecosystem to improve the program and make suggestions for
improvements to create an industry leading partner experience. <\/span> <\/li><\/ul>
What you need to succeed <\/span><\/b> <\/span> <\/p>
Prior partner manager,
business development, or partner marketing experience. <\/span> <\/li>
Excellent communication
skills. <\/span> <\/li>
Ability to solve
problems proactively and anticipate what partners will need. <\/span> <\/li>
Familiarity with Adobe
DX solutions and Adobe partner ecosystem is a plus. <\/span> <\/li>
Experience with
Crossbeam account matching software is a plus. <\/span> <\/li><\/ul>
