Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor"s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
Experience managing rhythm of business activities, such as business planning, running business reviews, or goal setting.
Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders to present data analysis and generate data-driven insights.
Experience with investigative problem-solving and using spreadsheets to transform data into business insights.
Preferred qualifications:
Master"s degree or MBA.
Experience in management consulting, finance, or business strategy function.
Direct prior experience working with partner GTM teams and scaling performance metrics and business intelligence (whether it was in Finance or other performance management teams).
Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, BI platforms, etc.), and collaborating with other business analysts and data scientists.
Excellent relationship building skills with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., BI, partners, finance, sales operations, etc.).
Track record of high productivity and meeting deadlines, with a willingness to be direct and to take responsibility.
About the job
In this role, you will architect and implement a modernized performance framework for our evolving partner ecosystem, which includes systems integrators, managed service providers, separate software vendors, and AI-focused deployment partners. You will advocate a shift from traditional partner metrics to a consumption-centric model that prioritizes customer activation, workload deployment, and long-term usage growth that supports our consumption culture at Google Cloud.
You will partner with the business, strategy and operations, and finance teams to translate business goals into measurable outcomes that highlight the impact of our partner motions globally across regions. You will also work with a dedicated business intelligence team to implement reporting and execution frameworks.
You will focus on highlighting partner performance in areas like Gemini Enterprise, AI solutions, data modernization, and security, and aligning incentives to accelerate the adoption of our core platform services. As a data-driven leader, you will foster partnership between our global and regional partner teams and our direct business teams, ultimately building an ecosystem that drives measurable customer success and business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and govern a modernized partner performance framework that measures consumption impact, co-sell contribution, partner activation and readiness, and customer success.
Define and manage segment-specific performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Enterprise (co-sell and deployments, etc.), Mid-Market (hybrid), and Small Medium-sized Business (SMB) (partner-led) motions.
Drive the performance strategy for emerging AI-focused partners, developing metrics that track the deployment of AI agents, workflow automation, and business outcomes that are driven by partners.
Establish and monitor partner readiness and capability scorecards, focusing on advanced certifications, industry specializations, and the ability to deliver repeatable, scalable solutions.
Support prioritization and targeting of business initiatives through a data-driven approach to identify size-of-the-prize and Google's ability to win.
