In this role you will build engagement and success through interactions with teachers, principals, and district administrators, as well as provide on-site and remote customer support and demos.PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must live within reasonable commuting distance of Davis, CA, where Barobo's main office is located, or be willing to relocate.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, including district administrators, math directors, STEM directors, and principalsAct as a trusted advisor to educators, providing insights and solutions that enhance educational practices and outcomesProvide support for schools and school districts using Barobo curriculum and productsRespond to inquiries from schools, school districts, and teachers, make recommendations, prepare quotes, and follow up on quotes, orders, and licensesProvide administrative support to schools and districts for RoboPlay competitionsProvide administrative support to teachers enrolled in the Barobo Computer Science Supplementary Teaching Credential Authorization programCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, and customer support) to ensure client needs are met and exceededManage social media platforms and channelsPerform other related duties as assigned in a team environmentRequirements1+ years of experience in K-12 teaching and/or administration (teaching experience in math and/or computer science preferred), or 1+ years in K-12 education or edtech salesBachelor's degree in education, business, math, CS, or related fieldStrong understanding of educational technology, curriculum needs, and challenges facing educational institutionsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsStrong administrative skills and verbal, written, and electronic communication skillsExperience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Google office suiteTime management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability to changeStrong sense of urgency with a bias towards actionLocated within commuting distance of Barobo's Davis, CA office, or willing to relocate#J-18808-Ljbffr
