Partner Enablement Manager
Location
: Fully Remote (PST- Bay Area or close to Burlingame preferred)
Pay: $80-98/Hr (W2)
Duration: Initial 8-month contract (Leave Coverage)
Schedule: Full-time, M-F
Target Start: ASAP

JOB OVERVIEW:
Support Partner Enablement for tier 1 accounts. This role spans marketing, media, and events — requiring a senior program manager who can operate independently across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Core Program Management
  1. Senior-level program management — end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-workstream programs across marketing, media, staffing, and events
  2. Proactive problem-solving — anticipates risks, flags issues early, drives solutions without waiting to be asked
  3. Stakeholder management (broad & diverse) — proven ability to navigate and align a wide range of internal teams (marketing, sales, product, retail ops) and external partners (retailers, agencies, vendors)
Marketing Strategy & Media
  1. Full-funnel marketing strategy development — experience building and executing marketing strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion to drive partner sell-through
  2. Budget management (working & non-working) — experience managing marketing budgets across both working media investments (paid media, digital, in-store) and non-working spend (media production, PDF, events, staffing, tools) to support business objectives
  3. Retail marketing program execution — campaign planning, partner co-marketing, seasonal activations
  4. Media planning & coordination — understanding of paid/owned media channels in a retail/partner context; liaising with media agencies or internal media teams
  5. Content & asset management — coordinating development and delivery of marketing collateral, creative assets, and sales tools
Data & Reporting
  1. Data interpretation & analysis — ability to read, synthesize, and act on performance data (UDP/outlook changes, campaign ROI, event metrics, budget pacing)
  2. Reporting & storytelling — translating data into clear narratives and recommendations for leadership and partners
Working Style
  1. Cross-functional communication — clear, concise communication across all levels (executive stakeholders to field teams to external retail partners)
  2. Organizational rigor — managing multiple concurrent workstreams, product lines, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
  1. Program management — end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-workstream programs across marketing, media, staffing, and events
  2. Full-funnel marketing strategy development & retail marketing execution — campaign planning, partner co-marketing, media planning & coordination, budget management (working & non-working), systems data management.
  3. Stakeholder management (broad & diverse) — proven ability to navigate internal teams (marketing, sales, product, retail ops) and external partners (retailers, agencies, vendors); data interpretation & reporting
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
  1. Experience working with big box retailers (Amazon, Best Buy, Target, Walmart, Costco)
  2. Background in the tech and/or consumer electronics industry
  3. Agency management experience
