We are looking for a Partner Enablement & GTM Lead for our AI-Ready Security and Productivity motion (Microsoft 365 and Windows 365) to drive our through-partner execution in support of our customers' growth ambitions. To be successful in this role, you will need to partner closely with our product marketing, engineering, Global Partner Solutions and specialist sales teams to build and execute winning partner enablement strategies and go-to-market programs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct relevant market and partner researchCreate the partner business strategy in alignment with the product strategy and to meet the key business goals.
  • Translate the strategy into partner practice development and go-to-market motions.
  • Define the Partner value proposition and partner opportunity tied to the business strategy to help accelerate partner's time to market with solution development and driving customer success.
  • Build and drive execution of partner go-to-market programs to accelerate attainment of Microsoft business goals by scaling through the partner ecosystem.
  • Measure & track progress across both Partner Go-to-market and Enablement programs and refine strategy and execution tactics based on measurement signals.

Responsibilities

Partner Conversation GTM Strategy

  • Define the partner strategy and partner value proposition for the AI-ready security and productivity for everyone customer conversation, ensuring partner motions are anchored in customer outcomes rather than product silos.
  • Translate the conversation narrative into practical partner guidance that helps them attach services, build repeatable offers, and participate in broader customer transformation opportunities.
  • Partner across stakeholders in Copilot Marketing, Security, EPS, GCPS, and product marketing to align partner priorities, resources, and execution plans. Identify where partner capabilities, services, and investments can accelerate customer readiness, adoption, migration, security posture, and value realization.

Partner Activation, Practice Development & Transformation

  • Drive partner activation plans that help the ecosystem understand, market, sell, and deliver the AI-ready security and productivity conversation with confidence.
  • Shape partner practice development priorities, including services opportunity, profitability considerations, skilling needs, certifications, and delivery capacity required to support the customer conversation.
  • Work with partner and field teams to land guidance, partner playbooks, partner communications, partner events, bootcamps, and readiness moments that scale the motion globally.
  • Ensure partner execution is connected to broader field landing, technical workshops, discovery motions, business workshops, programs, offers, and customer-facing moments.

Conversation-Led Marketing & Integrated Execution

  • Represent partner marketing within the AI-ready conversation pod and ensure partner requirements are built into the conversation BOM, MPF, L200 narrative, demos, workshops, and landing materials where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with conversation leads and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain a consistent customer story across sellers, partners, events, skilling, product moments, and launch communications.
  • Bring partner feedback and market signals back into the team to improve messaging, asset quality, activation plans, and partner readiness.

Partner Insights, Measurement & Business Performance

  • Develop and synthesize partner insights for MBRs, leadership updates, and conversation performance reviews, connecting partner activity to business impact, customer outcomes, and GTM effectiveness.
  • Work with analytics, field, and partner teams to identify what is working, where partner activation needs improvement, and which motions should be scaled, stopped, or evolved.
  • Track relevant partner signals across readiness, events, skilling, pipeline influence, partner engagement, and customer activation to inform GTM decisions.
  • Create clear, executive-ready updates that communicate partner strategy, progress, risks, dependencies, and asks.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Masters Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
  • OR Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
  • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business

  • OR Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • 6+ years of progressive marketing, partner marketing, or go-to-market experience in enterprise technology, including building and executing integrated GTM strategies.

  • Experience defining partner value propositions and activation plans that connect customer outcomes, partner services, and field execution.

  • Ability to influence and present to senior product marketing, sales, partner, and business leaders in a highly matrixed organization.

  • Experience with AI, security, productivity, cloud, or related enterprise technology portfolios; experience with AI and agentic AI is preferred.

  • Demonstrated success scaling strategic GTM programs that improved partner readiness, pipeline influence, customer adoption, or revenue outcomes.

  • Experience in B2B cloud software, SaaS, AI, security, productivity, or digital transformation markets.

  • Experience creating executive-ready narratives, leadership updates, partner guidance, or thought leadership for complex GTM motions.

  • Demonstrated ability to connect partner practice development, skilling, events, workshops, programs, and field landing into a coherent execution plan.

  • Collaborative senior individual contributor who proactively identifies gaps and risks, builds cross-functional alignment, and maintains a high bar for partner and field readiness.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
