The role produces workforce solution leads by having meaningful conversations and recording information from prospective students (our partners' employees). The Specialist accurately communicates Adtalem capabilities and mission, upholds partner relationships, and delivers world‑class service. In addition to growing qualifying student leads, the Specialist will work to expand sources of leads from partner institutions and nurture them as needed.Location: Houston, Texas.ResponsibilitiesEngage directly with employees of healthcare partners to provide information, context, and motivation for enrollment and identify alumni references.Collaborate with the Account Management team to select, source, and schedule onsite partner events; expected to be in the field 3‑4 days per week.Ensure relevant information for each student lead is captured and work closely with enrollment teams to collect correct data.Target a minimum of 50 quality conversations per month that lead to a highly qualified lead with at least a 10% chance of enrollment.Generate additional leads for marketing nurturing and qualify existing or new lead sources via calls, email, or other communications.Attend trade shows and industry events focused on employee enrollment.Perform other duties as assigned.Comply with all policies and standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.3+ years of customer service, student enrollment, or experience serving healthcare institutions.Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM, PowerBI, and other reporting tools.Understanding of nursing profession, healthcare career paths, and nursing degree and credential frameworks.Understanding of academic cycles and the B2B nature of enrollment revenue.Ability to discern interest level, engage in direct and indirect communication, and connect prospective students.Additional InformationPay transparency: expected salary range $65,000–$90,000, adjusted based on experience, training, location, market factors, and responsibilities.Benefits include:Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.401(k) retirement program with 6% employer match.Participation in Adtalem's Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy.12 paid holidays.Equal Opportunity – Minority / Female / Disability / V / Gender Identity / Sexual OrientationJob DetailsSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Business DevelopmentIndustry: Education Management#J-18808-Ljbffr
