The Champion Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Therapist to provide high-quality mental health services during evening and weekend hours. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about increasing accessibility to care for clients who require non-traditional appointment times.
The therapist will deliver individual and/or family therapy services, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (within 24 hours of sessions)
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Ensure all sessions are properly scheduled, completed, and closed out in the EHR system
Communicate effectively with administrative staff regarding scheduling and client needs
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
Active licensure (or associate-level licensure) in the state of Kentucky (e.g., LCSW, CSW, LPCC, LMFT, etc.)
Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with diverse populations and presenting issues (trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, etc.)
