Part-time Shuttle Driver

Ricart Automotive is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Shuttle Driver to provide transportation for service customers while their vehicles are being serviced. What You'll Do

• Safely transport customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other local destinations.
• Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions.
• Assist customers entering and exiting the shuttle vehicle when needed.
• Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with the Service Department regarding customer transportation needs.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet the company's motor vehicle record (MVR) requirements.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles in various weather and traffic conditions.
• Ability to assist passengers and enter/exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the day.

Schedule

• Part-time hours
• Daytime schedule with some flexibility based on business needs

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, drive, and operate a vehicle for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally assist customers with entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.
