Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our team! As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the operational performance during your shift. You will assist in creating employee schedules, supervise staff, and assign duties to ensure the store runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with management experience. 

Responsibilities: 

• Open or closet the store 
• Train and manage employees and assign duties as needed
• Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
• Resolve customer complaints gracefully and with tact
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels, reorder and restock when necessary
• Cover the shifts of absent employees

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma/GED
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, POS software
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
