We are currently recruiting for a part-time Secretary role for a church in Winston Salem, NC! This role is fully on-site and looking for roughly 25 hours/week. In this role, you are providing support to leadership, staff and volunteers by assisting with worship preparation, event coordination, and general office functions. In this role you must handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion!
Responsibilities:
Prepare weekly worship materials, including bulletins and presentation slides.
Coordinate with leadership and ministry teams to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
Distribute materials to appropriate teams in advance.
Track and report music usage as needed.
Manage and maintain the organization's calendar, including scheduling and publishing events.
Coordinate and schedule volunteers for services and special events.
Collect, organize, and distribute meeting notes as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred
At least 3 years of administrative experience
Experience working in a church office preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
