This is a part-time position in our sales and marketing department. You will be working approximately 24 hours per week. The sales counselor leads the strategic sales and marketing initiatives for our senior living community, driving occupancy growth, revenue performance, and relationship-building with other healthcare providers and the local community. This role may require work on the weekends, including coming in for weekend tours and acting as manager on duty on a rotating basis.  

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

·        Work in collaboration with the executive director to ensure all admission documentation is received in a timely manner and in accordance with Cabot Cove of Largo’s policies and procedures

·        Maintain the CRM system and ensure that all data is correct and up to date

·        Represent the company in the community and forge relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, hospice, and home health partners

·        Participate in regular outreach events, including healthcare networking as well as events catering to prospects/public community

·        Ensure that the facility is consistently fit for prospective visits; work with the housekeeping and maintenance department to maintain the cleanliness and organization of model rooms
