What You'll Do
- Engage customers, assist with products, operate cash registers, scan items, and handle payments
- Execute sales and service standards accurately and efficiently, maintaining friendliness and speed
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals
- Support inventory accuracy and assist in training new team members
- Participate in daily tasks like cash balancing and replenishing supplies

Skills Needed
- Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
- No prior retail experience required
- Must be 16 or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
