Part-Time Receptionist - Automotive Dealership Are you a friendly, professional, and organized individual who enjoys working with people? Our family-owned automotive dealership is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. Schedule Requirements:

Evening hours during the week All day Saturday (required) Additional hours may be available based on business needs

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional first impressions Answer and direct a high volume of incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently Assist customers, vendors, and dealership staff Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties Maintain accurate records and complete tasks with attention to detail Support daily dealership operations while managing multiple responsibilities

Qualifications:

Outstanding customer service and communication skills Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Professional appearance and positive attitude Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred
