Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a Part-Time Outpatient Clinic Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our outpatient therapy clinic in Lillington, NC. This role is ideal for a friendly, organized, and dependable individual who enjoys working with patients, visitors, and a collaborative healthcare team.
The Office Assistant will report directly to the Outpatient Clinic Office Manager/Administrator and assist with a variety of administrative and office support functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Forward calls to appropriate staff members
- Take and relay messages accurately and professionally
- File and maintain patient and office records
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with light office cleaning and organization as needed
- Support clinic staff with general administrative tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and office equipment proficiency
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous office or healthcare experience preferred but not required
