Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM–5:00 PM

Summary:
Seeking a professional and organized Receptionist for a local law firm to manage front desk operations and support daily office functions through effective communication and scheduling.

Job Duties:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
Schedule and confirm appointments
Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings
Perform light clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Provide general administrative support to the office

Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask
Basic computer and office software skills
Professional and friendly demeanor
