About the Role:Grease Monkey in Tempe, AZ is looking for a driven and experienced Part Time Quick Lube Store Manager to help lead our fast-paced service center. Responsibilities:- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and workflow management
- Lead, coach, and schedule a team of lube technicians and service advisors
- Drive sales performance, upselling services such as oil changes, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements
- Ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality vehicle service to maximize customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order automotive supplies and products as needed
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and meet revenue and efficiency targets
Requirements:- 2+ years experience in a quick lube, automotive service, or related environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of oil change services, preventive maintenance, and light automotive repair
- Proven ability to lead a team and foster a positive, productive work culture
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic business reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
