Part Time Patient Customer Service Representative

Location: Ascension St. Thomas West Hospital
Shift: Part Time, PRN (as needed)
We seek a Customer Service Representative to assist patients during hospital check-in, providing compassionate support while collecting accurate information. No healthcare experience needed; training provided.

• Handle patient registration via computers and phones in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Support patients who may be ill or anxious, building rapport and easing fears.
  
• Work on multiple screens, inputting details accurately amidst clinical interruptions.

Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, excellent customer service experience. Preferred: medical background. Pay: $15.00 - $21.10/hr. Must pass vaccinations, background check, and drug test. Opportunity to grow within healthcare, with a focus on patient care and community contribution.
