Our clinic is a trusted resource for athletes and active individuals across Northern California.

Location: El Dorado Hills/Folsom, CA

Schedule: Part-time, 15-20 hours per week

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience

Benefits: Free chiropractic care for all active employees

NorCal Spine & Sport is seeking a reliable and highly capable team member with a calm, confident presence who can support daily operations and create an outstanding patient experience. This person supports the growth of the practice, keeps daily operations running smoothly, and is someone the doctor can confidently trust to oversee the office when away. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership of an office, and helping a growing healthcare practice deliver exceptional care.

What We're Looking For

  • A naturally friendly, grounded, and upbeat personality
  • Someone patients instantly feel comfortable with
  • A trustworthy, dependable presence who can take charge when needed
  • A proactive mindset and genuine interest in helping the practice grow

Preferred Background

Experience in office management, medical billing, EHR software, marketing, business development, or process improvement. Comfort using modern technology, including AI tools, is a plus. We know it's rare to have experience in every area, so if you bring several of these strengths along with a positive attitude and a desire to help grow the practice, we'd love to hear from you.

Role Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and create a strong first impression.
  • Coordinate scheduling, patient communications, and daily office operations.
  • Assist with billing, insurance, and administrative workflows.
  • Support marketing initiatives and help grow patient relationships.
  • Use digital tools and simple AI applications to streamline tasks and improve efficiency
  • Act as the primary point person when the doctor is out of the office

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of office management, receptionist, or administrative experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare, chiropractic, physical therapy, or medical office preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical billing or insurance processes is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using and learning new technology, including AI tools.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and confident working independently in a small-practice environment
