Part Time - Office Assistant
Up to 20 to 25 hours week

Our locally owned private - pay senior home care agency is looking for a Part -Time office assistant to help support our office operations and provide outstanding service to our clients and caregivers. Responsibilities ;
Assist with Caregiver Scheduling and On-Call support , answer phones, and provide exceptional customer service. Perform administrative and clerical duties such as recruiting and interviewing. Assist with marketing, community outreach and social media. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Support office staff with daily operations and special projects. Having a understanding of Elder Care or a Background in Caring for others is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy . Professional communication and customer service skills. A positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency. Ability to work independently while being a dependable team player. Previous office administrative or customer service experience preferred.
