Job Summary and Responsibilities Yavapai Regional Medical Group - Arizona is actively seeking a Neurologist that performs general and advanced procedures in Prescott, AZ. ~ Join 2 Neurologists ~ This is a solo practice but will be moving into a state of the art new Outpatient Service Building ~ Population: MS, Parkinson’s, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Seizures, Stroke, Balance Issues, Neuropathy, Migraine, ALS, Ataxia, Bell’s Palsy, Cerebral PalsyBrain ~15-18 total patients per day ~ Inpatient: When on-call varies 0-3 per day ~ Consults: 13-15 per week, Consults are 40 mins ~ Monday-Thursday; 8am-4pm clinic patients. Inpatients before 8am, lunch, or 4pm. Friday 8am-12pm in clinic ~ Procedures: EMG – NCV, EEG, Lumbar Puncture, Botox, Occipital Blocks, Myobloc ~ Call: 9 days per month with one weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) Highlights: Competitive salary and negotiable based on years of experience Support from General Surgery, all Surgical Subspecialties, Pathology, and Radiology Generous benefits package that includes an employer-funded pension plan as well as employer-match 403b Relocation allowance for applicable physicians, CME benefit, and excellent malpractice insurance Sign on bonus Student loan repayment for qualified candidates Job Requirements MD or DO Degree and Board Certification/Eligible Completed ACGME accredited fellowship training and/or current ABMS Board Certification in Neurology.
