Frenchies Modern Nail Care in Smyrna is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist / Concierge to create a welcoming experience for our guests and help keep our salon running efficiently.

We are an established salon with a loyal guest base, membership program, and front desk systems that help keep the studio running smoothly.

Studio Support Role
This is not a desk-only receptionist role. Our concierge supports both the front desk and the studio floor to help maintain Frenchies’ high sanitation standards.
Studio support tasks include • Laundry • Sanitizing tools and pedicure bowls • Sweeping and mopping after services • Keeping the studio clean and organized
Responsibilities
• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out • Schedule appointments and answer phone inquiries • Help guests book services and answer questions • Educate guests about the Frenchies Polish Pass membership program • Check on guests during services to ensure they are comfortable • Support studio cleanliness and organization
Physical Requirements
This role is active and hands-on. Most of the shift involves standing, moving throughout the studio, assisting guests, and helping maintain the cleanliness of the salon.
Scheduling & Availability
• Wednesdays, Thursdays, Friday and Sunday
8:30am - 2:30pm
Qualifications
• Friendly, outgoing personality • Strong customer service and phone skills • Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed • Retail, restaurant, fitness studio, or customer service experience preferred
