What your future day will look like:- Assist ministry leaders with planning, scheduling, and executing weekly programs and events.
- Coordinate logistics for classes, groups, and events (rooms, supplies, communications, check?ins, volunteers).
- Ensure ministry spaces are prepared, clean, and properly resourced
- Maintain volunteer schedules and assignments.
- Provide ongoing support, communication, and appreciation for volunteer teams.
- Maintain ministry calendars and ensure alignment with church-wide scheduling.
- Support database updates (attendance, registrations, follow-ups).
- Attend staff meetings, planning sessions, and trainings as needed.
- Contribute to a healthy, Christ-centered team culture.
- Hours are 20 hours a week and may involve some evening work
