Part-Time Mental Health Licensed Clinician

Emerge Counseling Ministries is seeking Part-time Mental Health Licensed Clinicians (counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists, and psychologists) to join our team in Akron, OH!

Pay: $18,000-49,000 per year (depending on # of clients per week and clinical experience)

Schedule: 12-15 clients per week

Required Qualifications:

• Master's or doctoral degree in a counseling-related field.
• Experience integrating Christian faith into counseling techniques and methods.
• Strong desire to collaborate in a team environment.
• Proficiency in the use of electronic medical records; current system is EHR YourWay.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with trauma-related disorders using advanced therapy modalities (e.g., EMDR).
• Experience working with young children using advanced therapy modalities (e.g., play therapy, expressive arts).
• Experience working with marital couples using advanced therapy modalities (e.g., Gottman method, Emotion Focused Therapy).
• Training in any advanced therapy modalities.
