Are you energetic, outgoing, and passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals? Anytime Fitness is seeking a motivated Membership Sales / Member Coach team member to be the first point of contact for prospective members and play a key role in growing our fitness community.

Position Summary

As a Membership Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting club tours, enrolling new members, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, exceeding goals, and working in a fast-paced, positive environment.

Schedule

  • Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 7:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new membership sales through phone calls, text messaging, social media outreach, referrals, and community networking.
  • Conduct club tours and present membership options tailored to individual needs.
  • Follow up with prospects to schedule appointments and close memberships.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activities in the club customer relationship management system.
  • Build relationships with current members to encourage referrals and retention.
  • Assist with club marketing initiatives and local community events.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests.
  • Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional club environment.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or fitness industry experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture.
  • Basic computer and social media proficiency.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
